Apex Medical Group

Physician-supervised hormone optimization

Hormone care from licensed physicians, with quarterly labs and clinical oversight that lives in the same system as your coach and your data.

Visit Apex Medical Group

Apex starts with questions, what your labs say, whether your sleep, nutrition, and training are in order, and whether medical treatment is actually the right call for you.

If it is, you get proper oversight, ongoing labs, and support that continues through treatment, and if it isn't, they tell you that too. TRT is a medical treatment for men whose bodies can't produce enough testosterone on their own, and it only makes sense once your foundations are dialed in. The same logic applies for women dealing with hormone imbalance, because the answer depends on what your bloodwork shows.

Apex exists because health optimization sometimes requires a physician, and the physician should be part of the same system your coach and your data live in, so the practice coordinates directly with the coaching team and builds from your labs.

What's available

TRT (Men)

Testosterone replacement therapy for men with clinically low testosterone. Full hormone panel: total testosterone, free testosterone, estradiol, DHEA S, LH, FSH, SHBG, prolactin. Quarterly labs and provider review continue throughout treatment.

HRT (Women)

Hormone replacement therapy for women dealing with imbalance, using the same full panel plus progesterone, and treatment is built from your bloodwork with the same oversight as the men's protocols.

Peptide Protocols

Clinically prescribed peptide therapies managed by licensed physicians and coordinated with your coaching team, so the protocol fits the larger picture of your health.

Enclomiphene and HCG

Alternatives for restricted states or for patients where TRT isn't the right call yet. A licensed provider reviews your case and tells you what's actually available based on your evaluation.

Quarterly Labs and Review

Bloodwork drawn through a national lab network at a location near you, reviewed quarterly by your provider. The same data feeds back into your coaching so every protocol decision stays grounded in what your bloodwork shows.

Patient Care and Oversight

You get an assigned patient care advisor plus your provider, both licensed in your state, with clinical services delivered through Apex's telehealth partnership with TelegraMD on a LegitScript approved healthcare platform.

How it connects to coaching

If you're in the coaching program through Iron Forge or Powerhouse and your labs support medical intervention, referral to Apex is coordinated for you, and the physician reviewing your case sees the same bloodwork your coach sees, so recommendations get built from a single set of data.

Apex bills separately from coaching, and the point of connecting them is to make sure the medical side and the coaching side aren't operating in different universes.

You can also work with Apex directly without being in the coaching program, because the medical practice stands on its own.

Common questions

Do I have to be in the coaching program to use Apex? +
No, because Apex is its own medical practice and you can work with their physicians directly, and if you are in coaching, referral is coordinated and the data flows between both sides.
What states is TRT available in? +
Apex serves patients across most of the United States. Due to state telemedicine regulations, testosterone can't be prescribed via telemedicine in Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Georgia, Louisiana, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, or Puerto Rico. In those states, options like enclomiphene or HCG may still be appropriate depending on evaluation.
What if the physician decides treatment isn't right for me? +
Then you don't get prescribed treatment, and the membership fee doesn't apply. The point of starting with questions is so the answer can actually be no when it should be.
How does pricing work? +
One bundled price covers medication, quarterly labs, quarterly provider review, your assigned patient care advisor, and ongoing support, with no contracts or long term commitments, and you can cancel whenever. The full price is shown during intake.
How is shipping handled? +
Most orders ship within 48 hours after a prescription is issued and processed by the dispensing pharmacy, deliveries usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days, and packaging is discreet.
Is Apex a legitimate medical platform? +
Apex is a LegitScript approved healthcare platform, and clinical services are delivered through licensed providers who are vetted to meet all applicable legal and quality standards in your state.
