And the internet has made it so easy for people to overload themselves with information.
They think that just by reading article after article, they'll somehow magically become an expert.
Newsflash: they won't.
The problem with too much knowledge is that it can actually PREVENT action.
People get stuck in a never-ending cycle of research and procrastination because they think they need to know everything before they take the first step.
That's just bullshit.
Let me tell you, practical knowledge beats book smarts every time.
Applied experience is what gives you real, tangible results.
You can read all the books in the world about fitness, but until you get off your ass and start lifting weights, you're not going to see any changes.
I'm not saying that reading and education aren't important.
They are.
But they're only a small part of the equation.
It's the combination of knowledge AND action that brings success.
So don't get caught up in the trap of thinking that just because you know a lot, you're automatically powerful.
You're not.
It's the application of that knowledge that gives you real power.
So, if you're ready to stop spinning your wheels and actually make some progress, focus on taking action.
Stop reading all these personal development books, motivational social media posts and articles, and start doing.
That's the only way you're going to see real results.
And if you need a little guidance, that's what I'm here for.
I'll give you the knowledge you need to get started, but it's up to you to make it happen.
