You've probably heard your fair share of excuses when it comes to taking action toward your goals.

One of the most insidious excuses is the "bitch voice."

You know the one, it tells you that you don't need to work out today, that you have plenty of time, that you should just relax.

It's that voice that talks you into delaying action until it's too late.

The problem is, when you listen to that voice, you're giving away your power.

You're letting your excuses and your fear control you.

And that's not how you become the father and husband your family deserves.

But what if you could use that bitch voice as a trigger for action?

What if every time you heard that voice, you got up and did something productive?

This is the technique that I learned and applied to my own life from Andy Frisella.

It's called a production pivot.

You use your bitch voice as a signal to take action.

When you hear that voice saying "we'll just wait until tomorrow," that's when you immediately get up and go.

Now, you don't have to get up and go conquer the world, just make a small change that makes a big difference over time.

By training your brain to use your bitch voice as a trigger for action, you take back control.

You become the one in charge of your life, not your excuses or your fears.

I know it's not easy.

But I also know that it's worth it.

I've seen it in the men I've coached and trained over the years.

Men who used to listen to their bitch voice and let it control them.

But once they learned to apply this technique they started making progress toward their goals.

So, if you feel like you need help

Or you're not sure if you can do it,

if you're afraid of failing,

just remember this: your bitch voice is always going to be there, so you have to get comfortable with fighting that battle every day.

Winning that battle never gets easier, you just get better.

And if you need help - I have a coaching group that will give you the tools and accountability you need to create this change for your life permanently.
