What Codex Is, How It Works, and Why It's Free
All right, if you've been wondering about dosing, protocols, sourcing, how to properly use your supplements and everything in between, I've actually been working on a tool for quite some time that I think might be valuable to you. The short version is that everything I know is now in one place, searchable, and tied to your own data. The free tier covers most of what people actually need.
It's called Codex, and basically what we've done is we've taken our entire database of all of our knowledge, every piece of content that I've ever put out, and we've compiled it into an easy-to-use space with a ton of really, really useful tools that you can use to keep track of your health and everything you've got going on with your body.
The reason it exists is simple. Most people are not failing because they lack information. They are failing because the information is scattered across a hundred videos, a dozen forums, and a screenshot someone sent them two years ago, and none of it is connected to what they personally are taking.
And the cool thing is it's completely free, right? So when you log in, what you're gonna be brought to is a list of all of your protocols, and we actually have a daily, basically wellness tracker that allows you to rate how you feel, so that way we can put some tangible data behind what you're putting in your body and identify trends to see if we need to make some changes.
That daily rating sounds small and it does more work than almost anything else in the app. A single bad day tells you nothing. Thirty days of ratings lined up against the week you raised a dose tells you plenty, because trends show up in aggregate and never in a single morning.
And in addition to that, we have our entire knowledge base, mindset, training, nutrition, supplements, testosterone, peptides, anabolics, all loaded in here and easy for you to access with all the lessons and the videos that go with them.
If you have questions, you can see a list of all of our FAQs with every single video I've ever recorded in there, easy to access, but that's not the best part.
What I actually did was I had it set up so that you can build your own protocols with whatever peptides, whatever anabolics, your TRT, and you can actually load in exactly what you're taking with the schedule so that you can stay on track and have the reminders that you need come to your phone so that you don't fall off.
Falling off is the most common reason a protocol underperforms. Not the compound, not the dose. People miss injections, lose the thread on a cycle, and then conclude the compound did not work for them.
In addition to that, we also have a lab analyzer tool that allows you to upload your labs and get a report back from my team that will actually outline exactly what's going on, what red flags we see, and any changes you need to be making to your protocols so we can get your labs where you want them.
I also included a couple of cool tools in our pro version that allow you to do things like first, build nutrition plans based upon your goal, your body and your bio data, build a workout program specifically for what goal you have, any limitations that you have that you can build and refine. And we have a macro calculator tool that's gonna give you that starting point to keep on track with your nutrition, which feeds directly into our meal plan generator.
There are also reconstitution calculators, which matter more than people think, since most of the dosing errors I see come from bad math on the mixing step rather than bad judgment on the protocol itself.
If this is the kind of information you want access to on a daily basis, the community is free and there are full courses on training, nutrition, hormones, and supplementation inside. You can ask questions and post your own labs and get feedback from me and from the community.
