Fireteams Coaching Program | Quick Rundown
Hey, what's up, man? I just wanted to quickly pass this video since you mentioned you were interested in getting on the next fire team.
Before I explain how the six weeks actually run, I want to give you the full picture of what you'd be walking into, because the structure only makes sense once you understand why it's built the way it is.
For a little bit of context, we've had over 500 guys go through this program and out of those 500, about half of them have graduated.
Read that number again, because most coaching programs will never tell you their completion rate. A 50% graduation rate is not a marketing stat. It's a filter that's already been applied 500 times, and the filter is the point.
So this definitely isn't something that's easy.
But for all the guys who've graduated, they've all agreed that this was probably one of the most impactful experiences for coaching that they've ever had, and the two things sit right next to each other because the difficulty is what makes the finish mean something. A program that everybody passes is a program where finishing tells you nothing about yourself.
Which is where the physical results come in, since they're really just a byproduct of that same difficulty. For the six week program, we've had a couple of guys lose as much as 40 pounds. And back when it was 12 weeks, we've had guys lose up to 90 pounds over that period, which was pretty fucking awesome.
Now let me walk the actual structure, piece by piece, so you can see where each part fits.
Fire Teams is a six week intensive where you're gonna be integrated into a 20 man group with two of my best coaches.
The group size matters more than people assume. Twenty is small enough that your absence gets noticed within about a day, and large enough that there's always somebody awake and posting when you're at your lowest point on a Tuesday night. Below about ten, one guy quitting collapses the momentum for everyone. Above about thirty, you become anonymous, and anonymity is the thing that kills compliance.
We write the training program, we give you a meal plan, and we use an app called Marco Polo where you'll check in daily with your team.
Marco Polo runs on video, and that's a deliberate choice worth explaining, because a text check-in and a video check-in are not the same behavior at all.
When you type "got my workout in," nobody can tell whether you're lying, and more importantly, you can tell that nobody can tell. When you have to record your face and your voice saying it, your brain processes that as a social act in front of people who know you. The friction of having to show up on camera is exactly the friction that makes the commitment real.
There are also reading assignments, which surprises some guys who signed up thinking this was a training program.
So the goal is really to help you build holistic health, the physical piece along with the mental and emotional side too.
The reason we include that piece is that the physical stuff almost never fails for physical reasons. A guy doesn't miss four workouts in a week because his body can't handle the volume. He misses them because work blew up, or his marriage is tense, or he's been drinking to fall asleep, and the training is the first thing that gets dropped when everything else is loud.
If you only address the training, you're treating the symptom that shows up last.
We do a weekly training where we take you through a curriculum that shows you exactly how we write, execute, implement programs for our private clients.
That last part is the difference between a program and an education. If I just hand you a spreadsheet of sets and reps, you're dependent on me the moment week seven starts and the spreadsheet runs out. If I show you the logic behind why the volume is arranged the way it is, why the progression moves the way it moves, and how we adjust when life interferes, you can write the next twelve weeks yourself.
The six weeks are a container for teaching you the thing, not a rental period on somebody else's plan.
And the idea here is we don't ever want you to be on your own.
You're gonna have accountability from your brothers in the group every single day, and you're gonna get all the tools and resources that you need to achieve the goals that you've set for yourself.
And honestly, the reason why we started this was because we realized how impactful it is to go through hard stuff with men who share the same values.
And so if you didn't know this, James and I were actually in Iraq at the same time in the mid 2000s.
And what we realized when we were conversing about how to better help our clients, that one thing about being deployed is that when you go through that kind of intense shared hardship with other men, you build a bond that lasts a lifetime.
Like I could literally call any of my buddies that I was deployed to Iraq with nearly 20 years ago, and they would drop what they were doing to come help me if I needed it.
What actually produces that isn't shared interest, since plenty of guys have shared interests and forget each other's names in a year. Shared cost is what does it. You watched each other pay for something difficult, and the memory of that payment is what makes the phone get picked up two decades later.
That's exactly why we call the program Fire Teams, because a Fire Team is actually the smallest element of a military rifle squad.
A fire team is typically four men, and it exists because a squad that moves as one blob is a squad that can't cover its own movement. Break it into fire teams and one element moves while the other holds. Nobody advances alone, and nobody is ever more than a few feet from someone whose job is to notice where they are.
We borrowed that same structure for this. You don't sprint ahead alone and you don't get left behind alone.
So the whole point here is to help you build that comradery and accountability while giving you all the tools that you need to reach your goals.
Now, my one-on-one coaching is typically $2,500 for 12 weeks. It's an amazing experience and it gets a lot of really awesome results, but I know the price point just isn't realistic for a lot of guys.
And so what we wanted to do for our clients was give them a similar experience with similar value, but have the price point be something that was a little bit more affordable, while also being worth the time of the coaching staff because they work so hard.
And so the Fire Teams program is only $249 for the entire six weeks. One payment, and you get access to everything.
Before you go any further, you need to know this is a program you can fail.
The standard is you have to maintain at least 80% compliance with the training.
We landed on eighty on purpose. It's not 100, because 100 punishes you for a flat tire or a sick kid, and any standard that breaks the first time real life shows up is a standard nobody respects. Eighty leaves room for one missed session in five, which is roughly the amount of chaos a normal week contains.
What it doesn't leave room for is drifting.
And if you fail to do that during any of the two weeks during the course, you're actually failed and removed with no refund. You don't collect $200, and there's no consolation prize waiting for you on the way out.
We do it this way for two reasons.
Number one is we want you to actually be proud of going through and finishing something that you committed to that most people quit. Pride only shows up where failure was actually on the table. If there's no way to lose, then finishing is just attendance, and attendance has never changed how a man sees himself. The 50% graduation rate is what gives the certificate weight, and every guy who finishes knows the other half of the room didn't.
Number two, we only want people to join who are actually serious about seeing results and making these changes. The removal policy does most of that work before week one even starts, because the guys who read that line and hesitate were the guys who were going to fade around day nine anyway.
Now, on my side, I want to make you a promise so you understand how serious I am about getting these results for you.
If you graduate and you don't feel like it was worth every penny, not only will I refund you in full, but I'll also match the amount that you paid for wasting your time.
Look at what that does to the math. You carry the risk of not showing up, I carry the risk of the program not being good, and that split means neither of us has room left to be lazy.
In six weeks, you're either gonna end up being in the best shape of your life, turning all of your habits around and going on the path towards reaching the goals that you've set for yourself while getting some incredible friends on the way, or you made 250 bucks.
If you want in, tap the link in the description below this video or just send me a message back and I'll get you plugged into the next team.
Here's one last thing worth sitting with before you go. The men I could call today, twenty years after Iraq, were not selected for me. I got put in a group with them and we paid a cost together, and the bond came out of the cost. Nobody joins Fire Teams to make friends, and the friendships are the part guys still talk about a year later, because that is how it has always worked.
