Remind yourself of your strengths and achievements.

  3. Set Healthy Boundaries: Don't allow others to treat you poorly. Set healthy boundaries and enforce them. Stand up for yourself when someone disrespects you. Remember, you teach people how to treat you by what you allow, what you stop, and what you reinforce.

  4. Invest in Yourself: Invest in your physical, mental, and emotional health. Exercise regularly, eat healthily, get enough sleep, and practice self-care. Learn new skills, pursue your interests, and nurture your passions. The more you invest in yourself, the higher your self-esteem will be.
