Maximize your #triceps isolation during the cable tricep extension by fixing your form Make sure, like with every other exercise you're starting from your base - SHOULDER BLADES BACK and CHEST OUT, with a tight core.

From there, the exercise is fairly simple, just make sure you're trying to glue your upper arms perpendicular with the ground and don't use your shoulders to help you move the cable through each rep!

I almost always finish out a chest day with 3 sets of 30-50 reps with these at about 100 pounds, which really helps to get the blood flowing! Try it, if you dare.
