Most guys think they’re giving it everything they’ve got.
But the truth is—your results don’t lie.
In this week’s Iron Forge coaching session, we unpack the hard truth about effort, priorities, and consistency… and why most men are leaving progress on the table.
If you're tired of spinning your wheels, this is your wake-up call.
Most men believe that giving 100% means perfection.
You’ve probably had days where life hits hard—stress, poor sleep, no motivation—and you felt like you had nothing left to give. So, you skipped the workout. Ate like crap. Told yourself you'd try again Monday.
Here’s what you need to understand: 100% is different every day.
The guy who gives 70% consistently beats the guy who only shows up at 100% when it’s easy.
Takeaway:
Ask yourself daily, “What’s my 100% today?”
Then give that. No more. No less.
You want big results—more muscle, better health, higher confidence.
But your actions don’t match your words.
Your outcomes will always reflect your input.
Takeaway:
Audit yourself. Are you training with intensity?
Eating with purpose? Recovering properly?
Write it down. Get honest. Then adjust your behavior accordingly.
You don’t get results based on what you hope for.
You get results based on what you prioritize.
Most guys say they don’t have time…
But their screen time, Netflix habits, and distractions tell a different story.
If training and nutrition aren’t scheduled like non-negotiables, they’ll be the first to get cut.
Takeaway:
Track your time for one week.
Eliminate what doesn’t serve your goals.
Make training and food planning part of your daily structure.
If you’re not getting the results you want, you’re likely dealing with one (or all) of these:
Own it. Track it. Fix it.
